If your certified refurbished computer or custom gaming rig encounters any dead-on-arrival (DOA) symptoms or unexpected hardware faults within 7 days of delivery, we provide an expedited door-to-door replacement pickup free of courier costs.
2. Return for Refund Eligibility
If you choose to return an item within the 7-day period for refund, the hardware unit must be returned with its original invoice, warranty security labels intact, power cords, and accessories. Upon receipt at our Nehru Place inspection facility, our technicians conduct serial verification and QC benchmarking.
3. Fast Refund Settlement
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (bank account via NEFT/IMPS or original Cashfree gateway card/UPI ID) within 3 to 5 business days from inspection approval.
